The colour is medium ruby red with several highlights. The nose is very complex but with remarkable finesse, starting all the varietal characteristics of Xinomavro from dried tomatoes, olives, cherry, strawberry, plum to lavender and sweet spices. In the mouth is relatively crowded with noticeable tannins but not unreachable and high acidity. The flavors found all the aromas of the nose, with spices to make stronger their presence and dense fruit causes us to drink wine even now, though surely time will help even more.
